Web Governance Council

The new KU Medical Center website needs to have a governance council to maintain the integrity of the updated site. This council will oversee policies and workflows pertaining to all web content. I served as the main architect for the creation and planning of workflows for the web council. Click below for more information.

Creating Campaigns

Clients often have great marketing ideas, but are focused more on the big picture or specific parts of a campaign instead of the crucial parts to a successful campaign. One way I have found to tackle these issues and get clients focused is by using this strategic marketing plan worksheet. When I meet with clients to hear their ideas, I often bring this document and discuss the various parts of a campaign and how I can bring their great ideas to life. It’s simplified the process and helped us stay on the same page.
